Keeps milestones and the weekly look-ahead. It flags overdue work and conflicts. It does not change the official schedule until someone approves the change.
What it will and won't do
- A suggested change is not a new schedule.
- Official dates move only after approval.
How it works with the other desks
Site Lead routes a request to the right agent, asks more than one agent when the work needs it, keeps the task list, and writes the audit trail. Lookahead is the desk for scheduling. Sensitive actions wait for a person.
Plan availability
- Starter lets a company choose 3 of the 6 agents. This desk is one of the Starter defaults.
- Professional includes all 6 agents.
- Enterprise includes all 6 agents and Site Lead.
