Reads an invoice, looks for duplicates, and compares it with the purchase order. It flags discrepancies. It never approves a payment.
What it will and won't do
- It does not approve payments.
- It does not invent an amount that is not on the invoice.
How it works with the other desks
Site Lead routes a request to the right agent, asks more than one agent when the work needs it, keeps the task list, and writes the audit trail. Payables is the desk for invoice management. Sensitive actions wait for a person.
Plan availability
- Starter lets a company choose 3 of the 6 agents. This desk can be one of those three.
- Professional includes all 6 agents.
- Enterprise includes all 6 agents and Site Lead.
