For general contractors

The office for the job, kept inside the company.

GC Desk AI is a private account for a construction company. Six desks read mail, bids, the look-ahead, field notes, invoices, and client updates. A person still approves anything that would send a message, move a schedule, or touch money.

What each agent is for

They are named and given a job. A document or an email is untrusted input, and a missing fact stays missing. Without an xAI key, each desk says it is the test provider.

01

A private company

Registration creates the company and makes that person the owner. Another contractor's projects are not visible. The database enforces that, not just the screen.

02

The job list

Owners, admins, and members can keep the project file: client, location, dates, and status. Archiving the job is reserved for owners and admins.

03

A person still signs

Site Lead will coordinate the agents later. External messages, official schedule changes, and payments wait for approval. Nothing here pretends that approval already happened.

This release

You can register a company, keep the project list, upload files, and run the six desks. With an xAI key, those desks call Grok. Without one, a labeled test provider answers and says it is not Grok. Professional is $799 a month when billing is connected. It is not connected yet.
