- Nothing is sent without a person clicking approve.

Site Lead routes a request to the right agent, asks more than one agent when the work needs it, keeps the task list, and writes the audit trail. Mailroom is the desk for email management. Sensitive actions wait for a person.
Plan availability
- Starter lets a company choose 3 of the 6 agents. This desk is one of the Starter defaults.
- Professional includes all 6 agents.
- Enterprise includes all 6 agents and Site Lead.
